With hands-on experience across his own residential developments and a growing personal property portfolio, Tom takes a practical, detail-focused approach to every project. His passion lies in good design, from proportions and layouts to materials, landscaping and how homes are actually lived in, ensuring each one feels considered, timeless and built to last.

By staying closely involved from land acquisition and design through to build and buyer handover, Tom ensures every home meets the standards he would expect for himself.
Steve brings over 35 years of experience in construction and housebuilding and leads construction at Clatterbury Homes.
Trained as a Quantity Surveyor, he has held senior roles including Project Manager, Construction Director and Assistant Managing Director, giving him hands-on experience across all stages of residential development.
Steve founded Steadman Construction and later Steadman Country Homes, delivering everything from bespoke homes to high-quality village developments and sensitive historic refurbishments.
At Clatterbury Homes, he oversees all construction to ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
